A few useful answers.
Before we get started.
What to expect when arranging stainless steel work for your commercial kitchen.
What types of kitchen do you work with?
Enquiries are welcome from restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering businesses and other commercial kitchen operators. Tell us your location and requirements so we can confirm whether the job is suitable.
Can you repair an item rather than replace it?
Often a repair is worth considering, but suitability depends on the condition, material and intended use. We assess the item before recommending a repair.
Can the work be done at our premises?
Some jobs may suit work on site; others may be better completed with the item removed. We discuss access, safety controls and practical arrangements before agreeing the approach.
Can you work around our kitchen opening hours?
Tell us your operating hours and preferred access times. We will discuss available appointments and agree a workable schedule. Out-of-hours availability is confirmed for each enquiry.
What should I include when asking for a quote?
Describe the item and work needed, provide your postcode, approximate dimensions and preferred timing. Photos are useful; we can arrange for you to email them once we have made contact.
Do you offer emergency or same-day call-outs?
Please state if the issue is urgent. We will confirm availability and the earliest practical next step. Emergency, same-day or 24-hour attendance is not guaranteed.
Do you repair gas, electrical or refrigeration systems?
Our service focuses on stainless steel metalwork. Work on gas, electrical and refrigeration systems requires the appropriate specialist and falls outside this service.
Where do you cover?
Our main service areas are Manchester and Birmingham, with coverage across the towns between them in Cheshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. See our service areas page for locations, and include your postcode so we can confirm travel arrangements and availability.
Have a repair or an idea?
Tell us what needs attention. We’ll discuss the practical next step.
